The duo just didn't came, they brought with them a treasure of traditional recipes perfected by their forefathers, exotic ingredients and experience in the art of making sweets and namkeens. They setted-up small sweetshop in the historic Chandni Chowk and their delicacies like Bikaneri Bhujia and Rasogollas became so famous in Delhi that people of New Delhi fell in love with their hand-made traditional yummies and coined them as BIKANERVALA, this is how the name derived.
